Privacy Policy
Last updated August 29, 2026
This policy explains what information SubHub Pro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. SubHub Pro is a business to business service, so most of the information we handle is about your trade business rather than your personal life. We keep this policy short and plain on purpose.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the marketplace:
- Account information. Your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our identity provider), and your chosen role (GC or sub).
- Profile information. Your business name, trades, service area, and any other details you add to your profile. Profile information is visible to other members; that is the point of the marketplace.
- Job and bid content. Jobs you post, bid requests, bids you submit, network connections, and notifications generated by that activity.
- Usage information. Basic records of how the service is used, such as sign in events and actions taken in the app, which we keep for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect precise location data and we do not buy data about you.
2. Payment data
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; we never store card numbers. We keep only what Stripe gives us back to run your subscription, such as your subscription status, billing period dates, and a customer reference. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
3. Where your data lives
SubHub Pro runs on Vercel (application hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication). Your account and application data are stored in our Supabase database and processed on Vercel infrastructure when you use the app. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your account and profile data while your account is active. Job, bid, and network records are kept while relevant to you or the members you interacted with, since both sides of a job or bid rely on that history. Security and audit records are kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and fraud prevention. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
7. Your choices
- Edit your profile. You can update your business information at any time from your account.
- Cancel your subscription. Cancel any time through the billing portal on your account page; your paid features run to the end of the billing period.
- Delete your account. Email us at nic@subhub-pro.com and we will delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Contact
