How much does SubHub Pro cost?
One flat membership: $39 per month, the same price whether you are a general contractor or a subcontractor. Everything is included. There are no per-lead fees, no commissions, and no tiers to compare.
What can I do with a free account?
Creating an account is free, and so is browsing. You can scroll the live job feed, filter by trade and distance, and build out your business profile. When you are ready to post jobs, bid, or connect with other members, you subscribe.
How does bidding work?
When a sub sees a job they want, they request to bid. The GC approves who gets to bid, so the bid list stays relevant. Approved subs submit their bids, the GC compares them side by side and awards the job.
What does network-only mean?
A GC can post a job to the whole public feed or only to their network, the subs they have already connected with. Network-only posts are how GCs give their trusted bench first crack at a job without opening it up to everyone.
Do subs pay per lead?
No. There are no lead fees on SubHub Pro. Subs pay the same flat $39 per month membership as GCs and can request to bid on as many jobs as they want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then and you are not charged again.
How does the referral program work?
Every member gets a referral code. When someone joins with your code and subscribes, you get $5 off your next bill and they get $5 off their first month. You can earn up to 7 referral credits a month.
Is SubHub Pro a party to the contracts between members?
No. SubHub Pro is a venue only. We connect GCs and subs, but any contract, bid, or payment is strictly between the members involved. We do not verify licenses or insurance, so do your own due diligence. The details are in our Terms of Service.
Where does SubHub Pro operate?
SubHub Pro is a US marketplace, operated from New Hampshire and starting in New England. You can create an account from anywhere in the US, and the feed grows as GCs in your area post jobs.
